Refund policy

We accept returns of products purchased from our website for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Please note that only unopened BRAND NEW Sun Ninja's will be refunded. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee provided the product can be resold as BRAND NEW and it is in the original packaging - We will asses all returns to make sure that there is no sand in the bags or on the poles or any other damage, If there is, we will not be able to process the refund and the customer will be liable for return shipping if they choose to keep the product.
